Oak Park AYSO is operated entirely by volunteers. We couldn't keep our program going without all the support of community members like you. We need coaches and team parents every season, and are actively looking to grow our Board and division management team. Come join us!
Board meetings are on the 2nd Wednesday of the month (except December). We have roles that are as small as a day or two of commitment each season and will happily right-size a role for a willing volunteer.

Assistant Registrar
One of AYSO's philosophies is the specific responsibility of the registrar. Open Registration means all children are invited to play regardless of skill, experience or connections. We are currently looking for an assistant registrar to help support our users during online registration periods and to learn the ropes of setting up registration in our Blue Sombrero system. The position requires an understanding of the registration process and the need for confidentiality, good organizational ability, and some computer skills.

Division Coordinators
Offering young athletes Balanced Teams is one of AYSO's core philosophies because maintaining a level playing field keeps the focus on the game, having fun and developing soccer competence, not winning or losing. Every child deserves the chance to play, to gain confidence and to do so in an environment that is encouraging.
It is the Division Coordinator's responsibility to assign teams and coaches and handle the organization of divisions within Oak Park. We are seeking volunteers to work with our current coordinators and learn the basics of managing a division through our Spring and Fall seasons, particularly in our larger lower-age divisions.
